What to Expect

    • Deep mindset work, the power of the breath, relaxation, massage + aromatherapy, acupressure, rebozo, biomechanics + active birth positions

    • A 2 hour session dedicated to navigating special circumstances, communication, your choices and the NHS

    • 4 hours of profound preparation for life after birth and matrescence

    • We write your practical postnatal plan including sleep, newborn care, and physical healing

    • 1 hour live Breastfeeding Masterclass

    • 1 hour live Baby First Aid Masterclass

  • Nissa’s group hynobirthing classes include 14 expectant parents and their birth partners.

    You will spend a weekend together comprising 14 hours of learning everything there is to know from Nissa to help you prepare for your upcoming birth and beyond.

  • Nissa’s group hypnobirthing classes are held at Pause, a beautiful yoga studio in Leyton, Waltham Forest.

    Refreshments are included in the class price and include delicious vegan snacks and tea.
