Pregnancy Yoga

I have a passion for yoga.

I love the opportunity for transformation it offers your body, mind and emotions.

Yoga gives you the time and space to slow down, get into your body and connect with your baby.

This is brilliant as you transition from millennial to mother OR from mother of one to mother of many.

My classes offer a powerful practice for strengthening your body, followed by a generous relaxation.

Women of all levels of fitness and experience are welcome from 13 weeks of pregnancy and I will tailor the class to meet your needs.
